One Decision

I am SUPER excited!!!
I have 2 "takers" (and 1 cheerleader) on my GET MOVING goal!

Remember: 10K/20 pounds

So for some more information....
I have had to do a little "house cleaning" before completely diving in. 

For Example:
  • Goodbye 1 Diet Coke a day
  • Goodbye fast food/junk food
  • Hello 3 meals and 2 snacks
  • Hello 1 Gallon of Water
  • Hello 5:00am
The beginning is Painful....and if your just "taking off" here is some advice I was given last year at this time when I first started:

"It's just One Decision at a Time"
fried or grilled, soda or water, exercise or lay on the couch

  1. Seriously...I'm struggling with the exercise or lay on the couch!! more like exercise or stay curled up under a blanket! :-/ BRRRRR!
