Get Moving...

I'm certain you remember this picture I posted last summer of myself.  It was the ONLY blog post in 4 years that received over 50 views!
Just to recap, I had worn those shorts a year prior at the same exact time.  In this picture I had lost approx. 25 pounds by running and making GOOD food choices which started mid-January.
 (=6 months results)

So I'm Back....with the same "sorta" story!  But this time, I'm not waiting to show you the results, I'm wanting to bring you along for the ride!

NEW GOAL: Run 10K & drop 20 pounds

Mission began yesterday morning at 5:00am on the treadmill!
