I am SUPER excited!!!
I have 2 "takers" (and 1 cheerleader) on my GET MOVING goal!
Remember: 10K/20 pounds
So for some more information....
I have had to do a little "house cleaning" before completely diving in.
For Example:
- Goodbye 1 Diet Coke a day
- Goodbye fast food/junk food
- Hello 3 meals and 2 snacks
- Hello 1 Gallon of Water
- Hello 5:00am
The beginning is Painful....and if your just "taking off" here is some advice I was given last year at this time when I first started:
"It's just One Decision at a Time"
fried or grilled, soda or water, exercise or lay on the couch
Seriously...I'm struggling with the exercise or lay on the couch!! more like exercise or stay curled up under a blanket! :-/ BRRRRR!
