On My Own

I have gotten a FULL taste of single parent-hood this week.

And I now have a BIG heart for those moms that do it all on their own.

My dear husband, has now been away from us for 5 days. We haven't had any communication with him for 4 days.

WHERE IS HE YOUR ASKING??

In Canada, with my dad, uncle, cousins, and friends on a week long fishing trip.

With NO telephone, NO eletricity, and NO water.

I had BIG plans this week to complete several on-going projects.

Camper, redoing a dresser, finishing knitting a hat, setting up the toddler bed for Koop, making more salsa/tomatoe juice, etc.

Want to know what I've gotten done??

NOTHING.

And just when I thought he didn't do much around the house.

I guess I have been proven wrong.

The girls and I are looking forward to tomorrow night.

Honestly, I'm just looking forward to tomorrow when he calls home.

And with the undone list above I'm looking forward to the weekend, he can hang with the girls while I work on my week long list of things to do.

Busy with 3 girls and loving it.
