FYI

For Your Information

Our chickens have been laying at 100% lately. If you just mention the word butcher they get busy producing eggs. AMAZING.

The little girls have began picking out their clothes to wear each morning. It's posed as a rather small challenge for me, as I'm not always sold on what they choose. I'm working on keeping my mind open, and being thankful they want too.

We will be starting our Straw Bale Garden this weekend. 4-5 weeks of watering the bales each night and then let the planting begin. New adventures are always Fun.

My Dear Husband annouced last night that he wasn't looking forward to the upcoming trip to the hosptial. I replied by say, You Think I Am? He replied with, It obviously doesn't seem to bug you much! I reframed from punching him (right between the eyes).

Cam's headed out for her first ever hunt this weekend. Youth Turkey Season opens Saturday morning in MO-MO.

The minute nice weather arrives the girls start asking about their pony STAR. We are hoping the weather holds this weekend and a pony ride will get to happen.

Dear Lord, PLEASE let the next 16 days fly by!

Head Coach B. Wood will be back in action again this summer....coaching the 11 & 12 yr old girls softball team in La Plata.

Kohyn has already started to ask about when school was going to be out. Early mornings are her worst enemy. She comes by it honestly....it's bedded deep in her genes.

The oldest child will be taking on a new responsiblity this summer, and I am SO THRILLED! Mowing! We mow what seems like The Hundred Acre Woods, and a little help will be SO NICE.

Stand by for our EXCITING family annoucment SOON. It could be any day now!!

  2. I can't wait to hear about that garden adventure. Remember to post about it so we can understand how it works. Best of wishes and no comment on who enjoys that trip to the hospital! Must have been someone that has not gone through the process - Love, Aunt Sue
