It is Well

I love the song that goes, "It is well with my soul, it is well, it is well, with my soul."

It seems when things get going in a million different directions for me, that song always comes to mind. I assume because when I was young I invisioned my life as an adult with lots of kids and choas, because those 2 things just go hand in hand.

So when I start to feel like I'm overwhelmed, the song, "it is well with my soul" comes to mind.

Lately, that song has been ringing in my mind over and over many times each day.

We are Well.

Excited for Christmas to be here, so we can celebrate baby Jesus's birthday and to see what Santa will bring this year.

We are all looking forward to an extended break from school, work, routines, early bedtimes, etc. A few weeks of down time is needed for this Gang.

Our home is decked in Christmas decor, inside and out.

My shopping is near completed.

We celebrated yesterday when we saw a few flakes coming down from the sky, a true sign of winter/Christmas.
