PUMPKINS

A few weeks ago, the girls and I headed to the garden to check out our VERY weedy pumpkin crop.

To our surprise we found 14 pumpkins, (not bad for a just a few seeds thrown in the ground).

We loaded them into the wheel barrel and with everyones help we moved them to the front of the house to decorate.

So yesterday, we dug in and decided to carve a few.

Kohyn was completed GROSSED out with the insides.

However, she gave direct orders that she wanted hers carved, SCARY.

Cam LOVED it.

If I would have given her the go ahead she would have carved and cleaned ALL 14 pumpkins.

And all Koop wanted to do was hang out in her sisters PINK mud boots and eat spoonfuls of pumpkin guts.

It was an adventurous YET dangerous morning of carving pumpkins.
