First day of School

There she is, Camrie Renee as a 4th grader!!
She couldn't have been more excited this morning to go to school! She woke me up at 6:15 asking where her school clothes were. I sent her back to bed until 7:15 and at 7:45 she was headed out the door, assuring me I didn't need to drop her off that she was just fine with walking! I think it's rough on a mom to see her baby grow up.
I can't wait to hear all about her day when I get home!

Our weekend was WONDERFUL, we did nothing!! OK, maybe not nothing but it was sure relaxing!
Friday night Cam and Brandon decided to go camping. Kohyn, Kooper, and I stayed until 10:00 and then headed home. I love a challenge but the 2 monsters in a tent was more then what I was up for.
Saturday I gave my garden a face lift! Holy Cow...didn't realize we had so many vegtables in there!
Sunday we headed to church and then came home for some much needed R & R! Here is what we ate Sunday for lunch, freshed picked from our garden that morning!
Tomoates, Green Beens and Cantelope! YUMMY!!

This week we are CELEBRATING again!!
Grandma Penny is having a birthday Wednesday!

ALSO, please continue to pray for our friend Remingtyn. In case you haven't checked the caringbridge page (see previous blog) out the prayer requests for this week are:
-Nuerons Meeting
-Return home on Labor Day Weekend (we are praying hard for this one)
-Thursday meeting on progress
-#7 on Goals (the magic number for Remingtyn to leave rehab is 7, meaning that is where she has to be at on her progress report).
-100% recovery

Thank You so much for sticking with us during our Prayer Requests for Remingtyn. Our God is an AWESOME God and hears us at ALL times!

We are thanking him for the absolutely beautiful weather we are having, isn't it wonderful!

Have a GREAT week! Hug your kids bunches.

Busy with 3 little girls and loving it!

  1. Congratulations Camrie, 4th Grade!
Wish I was closer to take some of the fresh fruits and veggies off of your hands. I used the zucchini you gave me last weekend this weekend, yum-o! Have a great week!
