Not Much...

Of course the first time in a month I decide to post to my Blog, the website is giving me fits...that's just how it goes! I am amazed that summer is coming to a close and school will be starting soon...it must be age, because the older I get the faster time passes by. I'm not sure if that is a good thing. I believe the girls are ready for something new...sleeping in never gets old, but they are beginning to get on each others nerves during the day, which is always a sign that school needs to start. Koop will be starting kindergarten, Kohyn will be a 1st grader, and Cam will begin High School (yes she will be a freshman). I'm headed to the Iowa State fair tomorrow to judge the queen contest again which is always so much fun. Anytime you get to hang out with 103 of Iowa's brightest young women is refreshing! I'm excited to reconnect with friends I made last year, eat a corn dog, and wait in excitment to see who the new queen will be. Although I feel like I have little to share, I feel like we have went non-stop ALL summer just passing through our house to do the laundry, pick the garden veggies and repack our suitcase. I do love this time of year, knowing that God will soon change the season around us and we will begin to feel the cool weather and see the crisp colors on the trees...always a good reminder that he is amongsts us ALL the time!
