Toasty Warm

We spent the weekend tucked in our warm little home.

After several years of not using the fireplace we decided to fire it up. 

 If I do say so myself Sunday was a picture prefect day....I sat in the chair drinking coffee and reading a book, the girls played with their dolls all over the living room floor, Brandon cut wood outside, and the dog napped in front of the fire.

I have AWESOME pictures of Brandon cutting wood and the fireplace blazing in all it's Glory - but of course my blog is not acting nice right now.

Although I love summer (gardening, outside, BBQ's, bike riding) I also LOVE the warmth and coziness of a cold winter day, especially now, with a warm fire burning.
