So Thankful for my friends!
I remember VERY CLEARLY the day I moved to La Plata, nearly 5 years ago. I wasn't certain what I was getting myself into. I knew Brandon had a tight group of friends, that had grown up together....literally from the diaper years. Of course, I wondered how it would be as the "outsider" moving in and marry the clown of the group.
5 years later, I must say I feel like the Lord has blessed me with some of the BEST friends a girl could ever ask for.
As my friend Stacey, (3rd from the left) and I drove to Columbia last night to visit our friend Tab (4th from the left) in the hospital with her new baby boy, we talked like we had started our friendship out in diapers.
To think we are growing another generation of friendships is heartwarming to me.
Life in a small town is good!
