Boots and Dora managed to get away with very few tricks but LOTS of treats.
The BIG softball player headed out with friends for the first time this year. It was much more fun then hanging with little sisters.
The Fall weather made for a PREFECT weekend.
We enjoyed celebrating with Aunt Affie and the expecting twins at a baby shower Saturday morning.
Time is getting so close for the arrival of our sweet cousins/nieces.
The girls have began to wonder what the twins will look like, what color of hair they will have, how much they will weigh, etc.
Our nightly prayer is for our new little cousins to arrive safely and for Auntie.
Saturday afternoon we enjoyed a true Fall tradition.
Mt. Zion's Lord Acres Sale.
'Back in the day' when the crops were all out, the farmers and families would meet at the church to celebrate with a large meal. Even though today their are few less farmers Mt. Zion a small country church still come together for a Fall meal and social.
Thanks to our wonderful friends The Bealmer's we got to enjoy the celebration.
And the food was DELICIOUS.
Happy Fall everyone.
A Season that truly shows God is in control of everything.
