Celebrating

We spent the entire last weekend CELEBRATING.

We CELEBRATED Kohyn Dovie's 4th Birthday.

and

We CELEBRATED our towns annual Soybean Festival.

Both were very exciting this year, as the girls get older CELEBRATING is becoming a big deal.

All Kohyn wanted for her birthday was for her friends to come ride her pony Star.

So along with a weiner roast and smores, her friends joined her request.

It is so exciting to finally have one of the little girls out of the TERRIBLE 2's/3 stage. I'm just wondering how much truth is behind that?

The Soybean Festival was a HUGE hit with The Wood Gang.

We ate our hearts out, enjoyed the little carnival, rooted for our favorite Queen contestant to win, and gathered a whole sack of candy at the parade.

That's what small town festivals are all about, right?
