Home Improvement Update

We got a bit delayed due to weather on the home improvement project this past weekend.

Thankfully Sunday the sun came out and we were able to dive in and make some progress.

This first picture shows my favorite improvement.

I've decided every house needs a screen door on the front.

Nothing like feeling the breeze blow through on a nice cool day.

Below is the before/just getting started look.

I didn't realize how 'boring' our house was until we added a few things to it.

We still have a few more things to finish, like painting the main door in the front black.

But for the most part the front is complete.

A HUGE Thanks to my mother-in-law and grandma in-law for lending a helping hand. My mother-in-law and I make a great painting team. She gives the command, and I do it. She needs some ladder climbing encouragement and I give it.
