Weekend

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas everywhere I go......

(you know the rest)

And I have been terribly bitten by the Holiday bug this year.

And it's rubbing off on my kids.

We are counting the days till Christmas on our Advent calendar each morning.

Reading a count down book each night before bed.

and

Singing Christmas carols each time we go anywhere in the car together.

As we drove home from Kirksville the other night, Kohyn asked me this:

"How do you know all the words to the songs mommy?"

Me: Mommy has been around along time and has sung those songs for many years.

Kohyn: Will I know all the words someday?

At the rate we are going, she'll have them all down by December 25th.

We plan to spend the weekend nestled in our warm home making christmas candy and wrapping presents.

I'd be fine with staying in until Monday morning.

I hope your shopping list is getting shorter.
