Safe and Sound

Daddy, the great wild fisherman made it home safe and sound.
I missed him. Kooper missed him. Kohyn missed him. Camrie mised him.
We have ALL decided that it will be a long time before we let him go on another fishing trip to the middle of Canada with NO phone service.

I've gotten so tickled at Kohyn Dovie lately.
Seems her vocabulary has taken a turn.
The latest word......ABSOLUTELY.
"I absolutely did not push Tooper down"
"I absolutely don't want to eat my torn (corn)"
"I absolutely am not tired and don't need to go to bed"
OH Dear Kohyn, you ABSOLUTELY crack me up, but don't worry, I won't dare let you see me laughing at you.

If you drove by our house last night you might have wondered what in the world you were hearing?
It was Brandon playing his saxophone and me playing the trumpet.
In the 5th grade you begin playing an instrument, Cam chose the trumpet, which just so happened to be the old instrument I played and just so happened to trigger Brandon to bust out his old saxophone.
Needless to say, it brought out ALL of the families talents, I aplogize if you drove by and had to hear it.

We are LOVING, the weather at The Wood Gang home front.
This time of year brings out the best in all of us, I do believe.
Good sleeping, cool evenings to play outside, the beginning of crock-pot food, and seeing our pumpkins turn orange in the garden.

This is my favorite season!
Take a look around, Mother Nature is doing some of her best work!

Busy with 3 girls and loving it.
