Projects

I sometimes feel that the more projects we have going on the more normal things feel.
This past weekend was one of those weekends.
I should have taken pictures, considering some wouldn't believe it until they saw it.

Friday night the fun began.
My dear husband, pulled our "new" 1979 camper home. I must admit it looked very lovely sitting in our driveway with over 9 years of mold growing on it and a tire that went flat within 15 minutes of unhooking it.
My dear husband, kindly reminded me that "I" had big dreams for her!!!!

Saturday my kitchen was turned into a sticky, corn processing plant. I worked up 5 dozen ears of corn....I honestly, had to remind myself several times how GREAT it will be in the dead of winter. OH and it will be.

After a bottle of "Fix A Flat" Cam and I headed to the carwash. For $15.00, I'd say the old girl cleaned up well. We could "almost" see the spunk come back into her after getting all of the dirt/mold/mud/mouse nests/bee hives/etc. cleaned off of her.
Right now, she is in complete "de-construction" and hopfully soon "re-construction" mode. I'll plan to post pictures of the progress along the way.

This week we are in high gear at VBS (vacation bible school).
We are ALL attending (minus the carpenter of the family, he's deep into the de/re-construction project).
The girls had a blast last night; playing with friends, singing songs, and learning about the wonderful word of God.

Our garden is in full producing mode as well.
And my dear husband has offered my green bean picking skills to a friend...WHAT.....(his wife is ill and they don't have time to pick there very ready green beans).
"OH Honey, I'd be HAPPY to help them out".
Wonder how you pick green beans in the dark?

I will admit, juggling a garden, a cheap camper, and VBS is really all I ever wanted out of life!
I'm feeling complete.

Busy with 3 girls and loving it.
