It was ALL work with a little play at the Wood ranch this weekend.

We cashed in at our garage sale on Saturday, $450.00!!

Friday, Cam and I poured our heart and soul into getting our sale ready, I must say the hard work paid off.

We aren't sure yet what we are going to buy with our earnings, possibly a laptop for the family?

Right now, we are just saving it away and enjoying dreaming up things to spend it on.

So Sunday, we decided we deserved a reward.

We hit the Kirksville Aquatic Center for some cooling off.

The girls loved it, and so did I. It was so refreshing on a very hot summer day.

I'm thinking it could easily become a summer hang out for us.

For sure, the sun, water, and heat made for some good sleeping last night.

This week, we are finishing fair projects and packing the oldest to get ready for her first camp experience away.

She can't hardly wait for Sunday to roll around. Seems crazy to be sending her to camp, how did she get to be 10 years old so fast?

Our cherry tree is full of fruit; ripe, ready and needing to be picked.

If you live in L-town, help your self.

My plate is running over with things to do and I know I will never possibly be able to pick all of those darn little things before the birds get them. BEWARE they are sour, best used in cobblers and pies.
