At Last

Finally, the monsters have gotten back into our old routine. Last night, Kohyn finally went to bed at her "normal" pre-2 week vacation time, 9:00 and sleep till 8:00 bells this morning. Over break she had gotten into the staying up late and sleeping in late routine. I'm not just talking about staying up till 10 or so, I'm talking about staying up till MIDNIGHT or so. (I know call me a bad mom, but come on...it was VACATION).

So now that last night brought hope for me sleeping more then 6 hours we are back to the weekend. I've decided NO MATTER WHAT we are still going to bed at 9:00 cause this mom isn't a night owl and can't take another week of listening to Kohyn visit with herself and read books in the dark till who knows what time.

Weekend Plans. We are laying low. Laundry, cleaning, some winter cooking (chicken and noodles), and church on Sunday.

Do you know that the Wood Gang Blog has been going strong for almost 1 year. CRAZY to think that I started this just before the birth of Kooper Jane.....seems unreal that she will be celebrating a birthday soon, OK in 2 months, maybe not real soon but soon enough for me, I'd keep her little FOREVER. Speaking of, walking is just around the corner for her....she is pulling up to everything and can find her way around the house via scooting on her bottom, last night she found her way to the bathroom when no one was looking. She has mastered waving Bye-Bye and spends most of her time watching her big sisters, she loves laughing out loud at them and I must say her laugh is the cutest.
