Shhh, I have a secret!

Now if your not good at keeping secrets or you know that you can't keep one, PLEASE, STOP reading. Come back tomorrow and I'll have a post for you to read!

What's the secret and why is it a secret?
The reason it's a secret is because my husband would KILL me!
He thinks I'm CRAZY now and he would use this one to confirm it. (half the time I don't know at all what he's talking about).

Are you ready secret keepers???

I'm fix'n to make Homemade Laundry Soap!
Yup, you read right.
And you also see why it's a secret, don't you! If he thinks I'm losing it over a few minor here and there things he'd send me to the nut house over this one! I just shake my head and go on about my business, getting pleasure from the little things!

Now for the few people that are wondering about me, here ya go!
I seriously don't want to be Amish (okay, maybe I do a tiny, tiny bit) but I'm NOT going through a transition to become Sara Yoder...PROMISE!!!

No seriously, I've done my homework! Got the ingredients! And now can't wait to get out of here to go home and stir some up!
I'm sure you are wondering about the cost...it's calculated to cost 1 cent a load. It makes 2 gallons at a time which equals 64 loads of laundry.

Want the recipe??? (email me, lwood@atsu.edu)
It's simple, only 4 ingredients (and 1 being water).

The BEST thing of all....you can make it anytime you would like; midnight, 3:00am, 5:00pm, 2:43pm, 1:18am...you get the picture. You don't have to leave your house to run to the grocery when your out...you've got everything you need right at home (one batch doesn't require much so you have plenty for lots more).

I seriously have never been so EXCITED about doing laundry in my life! I know call me weird, but also remember I'm dealing with 5 folks under one roof....and that equals LOTS and LOTS of laundry!

As for what I'm going to tell my husband when the TIDE goes missing....that's yet to be detemined?

Busy with 3 girls and loving it! (and hoping to love Libby's laundry soap too)!
