Cherries and Peeing on the Potty

Seems like an odd combination????
The 2 topics that are HOT at our house this week...Cherries and Peeing in the Potty!

I am soooo tired of little red balls! I was up this morning at 5:00am pitting and freezing the last of the cheeries we picked. Sunday Brandon, I, Kohyn and Koop picked about 2 gallons of cheeries...if you can't determine how many cheeries make up 2 gallons I can tell you, ALOT!
And I know I didn't miss the ones Kohyn picked and ate! Aside from my sore fingers and a sticky kitchen floor we will have LOTS of cheeries this winter for pies, crisps, tarts, salads, etc.

Now for the BIG news!! Peeing on the Potty!
I think I can say with confidence that Kohyn is on her way to being Potty Trained! I am so EXCITED!
She is loving life in big girl underwear. Yesterday she wore them all day at April's!
Way to Go Kohyn Dovie Wood!!!

Another bit of GREAT news is....it's Wednesday! Only one more working day until the 3 day weekend, which is 5 days for me...remember the furlough blog....Monday is my first furlough day off and then I took Tuesday off....so tomorrow may be the last blog till Wednesday and then hopfully I will have BLUE ribbon news for you. Cam and I will be heading to the fair on Tuesday for her projects to be judged (I'm so excited for her) and the shorts my mom helped her make are for sure a BLUE ribbon in my eyes!

I am so looking forward to the 4th! It has become one of my favoritest (I know not a word) holidays! All of Brandon's family has a get-to-gether at his mom and dad's house, such fun family fellowship and GREAT food (the Wood fam can cook)!
