Can't believe it's been since Wed. that I posted, sorry faithful blog readers!
Not to make excuses but work is EXTREMELY busy right now....Thursday we are submitting a Million dollar application, my first since returning from maternity leave AND my job isn't like riding a bike.....it hasn't all came back easily since my 2 month leave. In fact here is a bit of an email I sent to my friend this morning.....
Not sure what it was about today but I had an awful time leaving the girls? Maybe it was because my mom was there OR that they were so good this weekend OR the fact work is incredibly stressful and I really could careless about being here and being a part of it OR it could be because I was sleeping SOOO good at 8:00 this morning OR MAYBE it's because deep down in my heart I REALLY WANT TO BE A STAY AT HOME MOMMY?????
I'm not going to go on about that, I think it's self explanitory!
We had such a GREAT weekend! Not sure if it was because we turned on our AC and everyone was HAPPY in the air or if it was because we had nothing to do but to just stay home and play? We did enjoy going to our friends Tab and Jeremy's Friday night for a BBQ and then to Jed and Karla's Sunday night for another BBQ! It's so nice to have such good friends and also so fun to see the kids running around laughing and playing together....Oh dear Cam, Miss. Steal Your Heart says yesterday......"Aren't you so glad we live in La Plata mom....we wouldn't have any friends if we didn't". -Gotta love the kid-
Grandma Susan ("G") showed up this morning to watch the kids for a few days. She brought a small swimming pool (the blow up kind - Daddy will love it), can't wait to get it filled and let the girls play in it. Kohie will LOVE IT!
Better get my fingers back to work.....I promise to post pictures soon, I left my camera at work all weekend so I missed taking pictures of the girls to share.
Have a GREAT week....already looking forward to Friday, as you can tell from the beginning of this post!
